Gerardo Díaz is the founder and frontman of Gerardo Díaz y Su Gerarquía, a Tierra Caliente act formed in 2018. He is known as "El Cerebro de Oro" for writing hits such as "Mi Última Caravana" and "El Albañil," with several songs accumulating millions of streams. The group won the Premios TVyNovelas (Favoritos del Público) in 2020 and has toured Mexico, the United States and Central America.
