Intermission was a studio project active from 1993–1997, best known for the 1993 single "Piece of My Heart," which reached the top ten in Germany and Austria. The project was produced by the Dance Music Production (DMP) team and featured vocalists including Nina, Valerie Scott, and Lori Glori; their 1994 album Piece of My Heart collected their singles.
