Formed in Los Angeles in 2017 by Mat Charley, Joe Berger and Mark Race, Raynes is a British–American trio that signed a songwriting deal with Sony Music Publishing in 2018. They have released multiple EPs including Bloom (released June 20, 2025), performed at BottleRock 2025, and have accumulated millions of streams across platforms.
