Why THINK about improv when you can EMBODY it? This movement-centered jam gives a play space to explore improvisation primarily through physical expression, connecting to self and other from a less verbal place, and then weaving dialogue back in to explore more visceral and engaging scenes. By taking dialogue out of the mix for a moment, we can experience yes, and-ing from the inside out.
