Sycuan Casino Resort is an East County San Diego tribal resort in the Dehesa Valley with gaming and multiple entertainment spaces, including the intimate 452?seat Live & Up Close theater and the larger Heritage Event Center. Opened as a bingo hall in 1983, the property completed a major expansion in March 2019 adding a 12?story hotel and expanded event facilities, and it partners with Live Nation to bring national acts. It’s a destination east of El Cajon with on?site dining, hotel and spa rather than a walkable nightlife strip.
